On September 21, Xiamen C&D Inc. (600153.SH) signed a cooperation agreement in Xiamen with the Development and Research Center (Geological Archives of China), China Geological Survey. The Development and Research Center is a public service institution affiliated with the China Geological Survey.

Under the agreement, the two parties will follow the principles of "joint planning, coordinated deployment, collaborative implementation, and shared outcomes," with a focus on strategic and critical mineral resources in China and overseas. By leveraging the Development and Research Center's professional and technical expertise and C&D Inc.'s strengths in supply chain operations, the two sides will cooperate in geological surveys and mineral exploration at home and abroad, geological data and information sharing and services, and technological innovation in mineral exploration.

As a specialized group under C&D Inc., C&D Minerals Group will actively seize the opportunities arising from China's new round of strategic action for breakthroughs in mineral exploration during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Leveraging its global supply chain network and industry service capabilities, the Group will deepen its engagement at the upstream resource level, advance the implementation of the cooperation initiatives, and contribute to greater security and resilience across China’s strategic mineral resource, industrial and supply chains.

Pang Zhenshan, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Development and Research Center, and Lü Rongdian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of C&D Inc., attended and witnessed the signing. Zhen Shimin, Director of the Mineral Resources Prediction Research Division of the Development and Research Center, and Zhuang Yu'an, Assistant General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Minerals Group, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. Representatives from both sides also attended the ceremony.
