Upon approval and registration by the State Administration for Market Regulation, effective 22 September 2026, our Chinese company name is officially changed from 建发物流集团有限公司 to 建发矿产集团有限公司. Correspondingly, our English name is changed from C&D Logistics Group Co., Ltd. to C&D Minerals Group Co., Ltd.

Important Notice:

This is only a change of company name. The unified social credit code remains unchanged. The legal entity, claims and liabilities remain the same. This does not constitute merger, division or substitution of legal entity. All contracts, agreements and other legal documents executed in the name of “建发物流集团有限公司” prior to the effective date shall remain valid during their respective terms. All rights and obligations thereunder shall be assumed and performed by the renamed entity 建发矿产集团有限公司 (C&D Minerals Group Co., Ltd.).

1. As from the effective date of the name change, please use our new Chinese and English full name for invoices, payments, issuance of letters of credit, bills of lading, warehouse receipts, title documents and all other settlement documents. This will avoid operational risks including bank refusal of payment, failure of foreign exchange verification, document discrepancies and cargo release blockages caused by mismatched titles. Documents issued prior to the effective date and still within validity period may continue to be used normally.

2. Information for basic deposit account and invoicing (only company name updated; address, bank name, bank account number and taxpayer identification number remain unchanged) will take effect on 25 September 2026:
