On August 14, the Lithium Carbonate Forum: Market Reversal or Seasonal Wait-and-See?, hosted by Zeyan Consulting and co-organized by C&D Minerals Group, was held in Hangzhou. Chen Shiyi from C&D Logistics Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of C&D Minerals Group, was invited to deliver a presentation titled Can Africa's Growing Lithium Supply Reach the Global Market Smoothly?

Drawing on C&D Minerals Group's on-the-ground experience and market observations across overseas resource markets, Chen shared insights into Africa’s lithium sector, covering policy and business environments, resource development, and logistics. He highlighted developments in key resource-rich countries including Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Mali, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and Ghana, while also examining how logistics bottlenecks could affect the release of additional lithium supply from Africa and the stability of the broader supply chain.
