September 17, 2025, Xiamen—C&D Logistics has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ashapura Group, a leading Indian mining company, and IMC Group, an international shipping enterprise. The signing ceremony was attended by Zhuang Yu'an, General Manager of C&D Logistics; Chetan Shah, Chairman of Ashapura Group; and Qiu Peng, Head of IMC's Shipping and Logistics.

Under the agreement, the three parties will leverage their respective resources, expertise, and industry experience to collaborate in areas including bauxite resource development, information sharing, raw material processing, and supply chain services. The partnership aims to integrate complementary strengths, promote mutual benefits, and advance cooperation across the entire bauxite value chain.
Looking ahead, C&D Logistics will build on its professional advantages in supply chain operations to work closely with Ashapura Group and IMC Group. Together, the three parties will drive the development and supply of bauxite and other mineral resources, while expanding their footprint in both the Chinese and global markets.
