On June 7, 2024, the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange announced its list of designated delivery warehouses for ferrosilicon and silicomanganese futures, naming C&D Logistics Co., Ltd. among them. Prior to this, C&D Logistics had already been certified for the storage and delivery of products such as pulp and synthetic rubber.

The newly designated delivery warehouse, C&D Logistics Tianjin Jinghai Warehouse, is located at No. 10, Cigan Road 3, Jinghai Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin. To meet the registration requirements for ferrosilicon and silicomanganese futures warehouse receipts, the entire project team is on standby. Extensive preparations have been made, considering the characteristics of the products, including storage area organization, signage, inspection equipment, workflow development, and comprehensive training, to ensure a smooth registration and delivery process.

Ferroalloys are intermediate alloys composed of iron and one or more elements. They are added to molten iron during steelmaking as deoxidizers and alloying agents to impart specific properties or achieve certain specifications in the steel.
